- NFTs or AI TrainingIf you're uncertain, please ask!- You cannot and may not claim the work that I provided and have been paid for as your own.- The rights to the original artwork belong to the artist.- The artwork won't be used for commercial purposes. If you are interested to commission me for merchandise, please inform me before commissioning me.- You cannot and may not alter my artwork in any way.- You cannot and may not use my work for AI training, despite if you commissioned it or not.- I refuse to commission work for AI training, NFT and similar things- Using my art as Profile Pictures or Banners are allowed, but please credit me with the @ 'Lumibon'- Please do not repost my artwork on social media without any permission from me first.

- I only accept Payment in GBP (£) through PayPal
- I will charge 50% after an approved sketch, and then the rest after the final piece
- I charge 50% per extra characterA refund can be issued when:
- The client is deeply dissatisfied with the work.
- The commission has been cancelled by the artist.Refund specifications:
- I can terminate the commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
- If a refund is issued during the sketch process, a refund will be no more than 70% of the total commission price.
- If a refund is issued during the colouring process, a refund will be no more than 50% of the total commission price.If I have to cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it 100% refund will be given.A refund cannot be given when:
- The commission is at the nearly done phase.
- 1 week has passed since the commission was delivered.
- The client has intentionally kept negative feedback to themselves and has not requested correction/s through the commission process.
